About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Lead - Quality and Compliance whose responsibilities will encompass quality improvement and compliance processes for Churches of Christ, Community Care. As an integral member of the Community Care team, you will ensure the business continues to meet its accreditation obligations. You will be the key point of contact and will provide knowledge and support to the various teams/departments within scope of this role.

You will be given the opportunity to support the achievement of organisational strategies and the delivery of high quality services. Within the role, you will be providing specialist advice and support on matters of legislation, quality standards, efficient and effective service delivery, and execution of funding contracts and agreements within the Community Care team.

About you

You will have an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and drive a positive quality improvement culture, underpinned by effective Quality and Risk Management frameworks. Bringing in a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude to the team, you take on a methodological approach and are a demonstrated "completer/finisher." You have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills gained from your previous experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience and qualifications for the role should also include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing;
  • Solid experience in the aged and/or community care sector.
